Due to the nature of Traders MBA products and services, which provide immediate access to digital educational content, courses, training materials, analytical resources, tools, mentoring content, and subscription-based services, all purchases are final and no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content supplied in a non-tangible form is not subject to a right of cancellation once performance has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that their right to cancel is lost. By completing a purchase, enrolling in a course, or activating a subscription on the Traders MBA website, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and services and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to cancel or request a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for, including but not limited to, change of mind, lack of course progress or completion, dissatisfaction with course content or delivery style, perceived performance or outcomes, trading or investment losses, market conditions, mentoring outcomes, missed sessions, temporary platform interruptions, updates to course materials, user error, or misunderstanding of product features.
All content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are given regarding results, performance, profitability, or trading outcomes.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where a product or service is demonstrably defective, unavailable due to a material fault attributable solely to Sach Capital Limited, or not provided as described, we will assess the matter and, where legally required, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Sach Capital Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to products or services in cases of breach of terms, misuse, or unlawful activity. In such circumstances, no refund will be payable.
